Ben Mehdian:
Mr. Mehdian received his Juris Doctorate with a concentration in Civil Litigation and Advocacy from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California. While attending Loyola Law School, he externed for Honorable Sandra Klein, a United States Bankruptcy Court Central District Judge and worked at various law firms and organizations to expand his litigation, trial, and settlement experience.
Prior to starting Mehdian Law, APC, Mr. Mehdian worked at the Law Office of Robert M. Cohen in Beverly Hills, the Law Offices of James Osborne and Associates in Sherman Oaks, and Atabek & Associates in Orange County. Mr. Mehdian also volunteered at various organizations such as the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles LAFLA Eviction and Housing unit where he assisted low-income individuals with their unlawful detainer cases. Mr. Mehdian also volunteered at Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles LAFLA Santa Monica Family Law Unit where he helped victims of domestic violence obtain restraining orders. As of today, Mr. Mehdian continues to assist those in need on a pro bono basis to make sure justice is served. Mr. Mehdian’s contribution to his community is not only comprised of providing legal services: he also volunteers as a coach at American Youth Soccer Organization AYSO.
Mr. Mehdian’s undergraduate studies were completed at California State University of Fullerton, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in political science, Cum Laude.
Mr. Mehdian is a member of the State Bar of California and is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and Los Angeles County Bar Association.
